What exactly is dye sublimation?
It’s a high-heat process that fuses your design directly into the fabric fibers. Unlike screen printing, it will never crack, peel or fade, and it stays as breathable as the day you bought it.
What do you make?
Soccer, basketball, baseball and hockey jerseys, plus shorts, socks and shinguard covers. For businesses: polos, shirts, long sleeves and quarter-zips. Everything is custom and sublimated edge to edge.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Every order starts with a free professional mockup, and our team handles the layout so your team or brand looks right before we print. You can also design it yourself in the Kit Studio.
Is there a minimum order?
For new designs the minimum is 10 pieces. Reorders start at just 5.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 weeks from when you approve your final mockup.
Will I see my design before it’s made?
Yes. We send a mockup for you to approve, and nothing is printed until you do.
Can I change my order after I submit it?
Yes. Names, numbers and sizes can be changed free for 24 hours after you submit.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free anywhere in the US and Canada.
How do I pick sizes?
Use the size guide below. Every measurement is taken with the garment laid flat. Not sure between two sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit.
Can my players add their own names and sizes?
Yes. Start a group order in the Order Builder and send your players a link to add their own name, number and size.
Do you make reversible jerseys?
Yes, for soccer and basketball. Each side can have its own design.
Is the gear durable enough for trade work?
Yes. Our performance materials are made for high-intensity movement on the pitch and the rugged demands of an HVAC job site.
