Kit Studio Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Kit Studio, the online jersey designer from Corner Kits ("Corner Kits", "we", "us"). By using Kit Studio you agree to them. Placing an order is covered by our separate order terms and quote.
Who can use Kit Studio
- Kit Studio is for coaches, club organisers, parents and businesses designing team kits.
- Kit AI is for adults 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may design by hand only with a parent's or guardian's permission, and you may not use Kit AI.
Your uploads and designs
- You must own, or have permission to use, every logo, crest, sponsor mark, image, name and piece of artwork you upload or add, including player names and numbers.
- Don't upload or design anything that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights. This includes professional team crests, brand logos and other people's artwork used without permission.
- Don't create anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive.
- You keep the rights you have in what you upload. You let us use your uploads and designs to show previews, prepare mockups, quotes and print files, and produce your order. We won't use them in our marketing without your permission.
- We may refuse, change or remove any design we believe breaks these terms or could infringe someone's rights, and we may decline to print it.
- You're responsible for claims that arise from content you provide, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is made against us because of it.
Kit AI designs
- Kit AI designs are made by artificial intelligence. Results can be unexpected, and they may look similar to designs made for other people. We don't promise that any AI design is unique.
- Under current law, artwork made entirely by AI may not be protected by copyright. We can't promise that you will hold exclusive rights in an AI design.
- Review every AI design yourself before you order. Make sure it suits your team and doesn't resemble someone else's trademark or artwork.
- Free AI designs are limited per person per day. We may change or end the free allowance, or Kit AI itself, at any time.
Previews are not final
Kit Studio shows on-screen previews. Colours, placement and detail on screen can differ from the printed kit. Our designers prepare the final artwork, and nothing is printed until you approve it with your order.
Saving a design
Saving a design sends it to us so we can prepare a mockup and quote. It isn't an order and doesn't commit you to buy. Prices, sizes, delivery and payment are set out in your quote and our order terms.
Our content
Kit Studio, its patterns, graphics, fonts, mockups and the Corner Kits name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use library patterns and graphics only for kits made by Corner Kits. Don't copy, scrape or resell Kit Studio or its contents. You may share pictures of your own designs.
No warranties
Kit Studio is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI results will meet your needs.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Kit Studio. Our total liability for Kit Studio itself (not your order) is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use Kit Studio means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
